My version of the movie Ever After's Just Breathe gown. I spent about a year making it mainly because I kept changing what I wanted for the overskirt and how to bead it all. There are close to 500 freshwater pearls total hand sewn on to this gown. This may give you a good idea of what some of my work looks like since I have a couple of close up pictures.
This is my pink tudor gown that I love. It's out of pink cotton damask with silver silk tissue on the sleeves and silver taffeta for an underskirt. The bodice jewelry was bought from a very nice lady called Florasgarden on Bidville Auctions.
This is my black velvet tudor gown. It has red silk sleeves and is wonderful later in the season. I added red silk to the top for trim and placed a bunch of freshwater pearls on the trim in diamond shapes. The small gold gems you may see are red rhinestone victorian buttons. I love using the old buttons I find in my gowns because they look very similar to the "ouches" of the time.
My rant on one picture of a tudor gown. Please watch this section for more on different gowns I'm researching. Also, check out my Live Journal at http://www.livejournal.com/users/IsabellaDAngelo
